Selected Experience

Stellar Elements (Amdocs, formerly projekt202)

2019–Present

At Stellar Elements, I’ve spent several years embedded within large, complex organizations, helping modernize legacy platforms and bring coherence to systems that have grown over decades.

My most recent work with Southwest Airlines (2024–Present) focuses on crew-facing scheduling tools used by pilots and flight attendants—work that requires careful balance between operational rules, long-standing mental models, and clear, usable design. Much of my contribution lives upstream: making complexity legible, aligning teams, and setting standards that support long-term evolution rather than one-off solutions.

AT&T – Chief Data Office

2023–2024

With AT&T’s Chief Data Office, I helped design tools for navigating an enormous internal data ecosystem. The challenge wasn’t access, but comprehension—helping people ask meaningful questions and feel confident in the answers they received. This work pushed my practice further into systems thinking, collaboration, and designing for trust at scale.

Apiture Banking

2020–2023

At Apiture, I partnered on consumer and business banking platforms, designing across mobile apps, admin tools, and SMB workflows. The focus here was structure—simplifying how people move money, clarifying information architecture, and building platforms that could grow across institutions without becoming brittle or confusing.

projekt202

2015–2019

Earlier, I worked across connected fitness, automotive, healthcare, telecom, and media industries. These years shaped my consulting foundation and taught me how to enter unfamiliar problem spaces with curiosity, listen carefully, and help teams move forward with confidence.
